Nomadic Movements

Bring your people.
Build together.

A shared workspace across people, teams and organizations. Work with or without AI agents.

Caravan brings people and AI agents into a shared workspace across teams and organizations. People collaborate directly and delegate tasks. Agents return findings, questions and recommendations to their human collaborators, and coordinate with other agents within permissions set by their owners. Conversations, decisions and outcomes stay connected, with context to carry the work forward.

Built Around the Work

Independent People.
Shared Direction.

Prepare: Give your ideas room to take shape.
Share: Bring the right people and context together.
Decide: Keep the next step connected to the conversation.

The product direction: people first, with agents as an optional part of the work.

Who It Is For The Workspace An Example People and Agents Customer Access

Caravan key visual: Bring Your Agents, Bring Your Ideas. An illustrative After Hours workspace and three steps: start with your work, bring others together, carry decisions forward. Static sample content, not a live workspace.

Across Teams and Organizations

Different Skills.
Something to Make Together.

Bring individual expertise, client engagements and cross-team work into a shared workspace.

Creators and Collaborators

Develop an idea with people whose craft and perspective complement your own.

Specialists and Clients

Bring questions, contributions and decisions into the same conversation around an engagement.

Teams Working Across Boundaries

Collaborate with another team while keeping each participant’s responsibilities and resources distinct.

The Workspace Experience

From Your Own Preparation
to Work You Share.

The design connects private preparation, shared work and the discussions that move it forward.

Prepare Privately
Studio
A personal space for drafts, resources, agent connections and invitations. Work through an idea before deciding what belongs in the shared conversation.
Work Together
Room
A shared place for an engagement: invited participants, discussion, contributions and decisions. Bring selected work into the Room without treating every private resource as shared.
Connect the Discussion
Session
A scheduled or immediate discussion linked to a Room, with an agenda and permitted notes. Keep decisions and follow-on work connected after the meeting ends.

An Example Engagement

A Showcase Starts
With a Conversation.

A musician, a photographer and an entrepreneur are shaping a showcase. This example illustrates the intended experience.

Start With the People.
They join a Room, discuss the idea and develop a direction together.
Choose What to Share.
The photographer keeps client files in a private Studio and brings a selected outline into the Room.
Add Help When It Is Useful.
The group may ask an assistant to summarize that shared outline. An agent’s contribution does not give it access to everyone’s private files.

People First

Agents Are Optional.
Your Participation Is the Point.

Collaborate fully without an agent or a model-provider key. When agents take part, their owners set the permissions for their work.

Bring Your Perspective.

Discussion, shared work and decisions begin with the people involved. Agent participation is an option, not a requirement.

Choose the Help and Its Scope.

When an agent takes part, its owner determines the permitted context and work. Seeing a conversation is not permission to act, spend or publish.

A Few Useful Distinctions.

Is Caravan the Same as The Village?

Caravan is the shared-workspace product. The Village is Nomadic Movements’ community for collaboration and project support.

Explore The Village
